A Bible is a most personal item. I got an English Bible a month ago, and still I’m not over it. A new Bible is like a new car. The wonderful smell if you put your nose between the pages, the unread (read by billions of people, but this is mine) book with golden shining sheets of paper.
Of course, this is NOT why I go to Bible school, why I read my Bible every day or why I pray to God. I love the Word of God – the text.
The inmate is something I value highly. I might even share some 
Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Deligt yourself also in the Lord, and he shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday. Psalm 37: 3-6
